Services are provided by Leah to assist with home organization and light cleaning projects such as kitchen cupboards, refrigerators, pantries, playrooms, closets, and similar spaces. Each session includes sorting, decluttering, and organizing based on the client’s priorities and goals.
Rate & Duration
Standard rate: $399 for up to 5 hours of service.
Services may take less than 5 hours depending on the project scope; however, the full flat rate of $399 will still be charged.
Additional hours may be added upon client request at $80 per hour, subject to Leah’s availability and mutual agreement.
Consultation & Priorities
The first 30 minutes of the appointment will be dedicated to a walk-through and discussion with the client to determine key priorities and desired outcomes for the session.
Leah will work efficiently within the agreed-upon timeframe to address those priorities in order of importance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide access to the designated areas and ensure safety and cleanliness of the environment prior to service.
Leah is not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile, broken, or hazardous items.
Disposal of unwanted items will be handled according to the client’s direction.
Payment Terms
Full payment of $399 is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Additional hours beyond the 5-hour session will be billed separately at $80/hr.
